(Photo by Brian Bahr/Getty Images)Oklahoma State knocked off No. 6 Texas on Saturday night, and the final minute of the contest almost included a brawl involving the two head coaches – Mike Gundy and Tom Herman. With the game in-hand, Oklahoma State quarterback Taylor Cornelius took a knee, only to be rushed by Longhorns defensive lineman Breckyn Hager. Hager’s actions led to some pushing and shoving……which led to Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy running onto the field to make sure things didn’t get out of hand. Texas head coach Tom Herman then did the same, and freaked out when the referees attempted to stop him. He didn’t seem to find it fair that he was not allowed the same freedom. At one point, it looked like the two wanted to fight. But cooler heads prevailed. Here’s video:Tom Herman was NOT happy. https://t.co/JmzNflG5FO— Kevin McGuire (@KevinOnCFB) October 28, 2018Herman and Gundy are all good now. Herman seemed to accept that explanation. pic.twitter.com/uHQlqmEhzI— SI College Football (@si_ncaafb) October 28, 2018After the game, Herman and Gundy appeared to make up during their handshake. Luckily, that’s where it ended.Texas, with the loss, will most likely drop from the top 10 in the polls this week.
