The boss of DC house design teamed up with a friend to construct a modern masterpiece in Robina. 14 Pinehurst Place, Robina.Mr Watson was able to combine his skills with his friends to create a home that offered luxury living with quality finishes. “We didn’t have an army of help so the turnaround took about 12 months from start to finish,” he said.“We wanted a modern Melbourne feel that stood out on the street but the design really evolved as we kept going.” 14 Pinehurst Place, Robina.Mr Watson said he used modern fittings including a unique screen in the courtyard.“We pulled ideas from other projects we had worked on and changed little things to give it a unique look,” he said.“I designed it the way I would want my own home to look and I wouldn’t mind having the same products and colour scheme at my Carrara home. The steel construction includes a separate living retreat upstairs and a kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops and black taps.
